Review: Great pricing and very clean. We’re moving from U-Haul because it was so unsafe and they would never come open loading doors. Here, even though it’s not 24 hours, the loading zone is so much better (even a car can come up) and open!! Thank you also for the greatest customer service!!!

Review: If I could give zero stars, I would! Whatever you do, do not consider this storage; they are rip-offs with no compassion. I was late on a payment due to financial difficulties. I explained to the district manager that my father has congestive heart failure and that I am going through a difficult time this month. I would like to remind you that I paid my monthly bill on time. Every month, I spoke with the manager, who is very nice, but she was not present today because she was on vacation. A new employer was present, and she contacted the district manager. I explained my situation and asked, "Could you please get my Christmas tree out so that I can spend my last Christmas with my father?" I would already made arrangements and discussed payment with the manager. The district manager hung up on teams regarding the new employer and contacted another manager, Johnnie Sharp, who was rude and vengeful. I asked him, "Could he please let me get the Christmas tree out?" I explained that the unit had increased twice in less than six months and that I was unable to pay on the first due to financial hardship. He stated that "everyone goes through hardship and that this is our policy. than he said to the new employer, Don't ever call the district manager before calling me. Remind you she didn't know. She was instructed to call the district manager for the customer. When I saw his behavior toward the employee, I knew he was not a good leader. I plan to follow up with the secretary of state and the media. Why be in the community for business if you lack professionalism and treat customers poorly? The storage rent went up twice in months.Johnny Sharp is rude and heartless. I can't believe he stated everyone has hardship Basically, I am not the only policy. I went to BBB, and they have a grade F for no response to complaints. than why put business in the community and rip people off? Stay away from this storage. I will be reporting this business to the Secretary of State; if you have to deal with a cold-hearted manager, Johnnie Sharp, avoid this business. Someone from corporate need to follow up

Review: Do not pay to store your things here. The facility is mostly clean, however, the staff is NEVER available. It's been issue after issue and I only just stored my things on October 5th. (1) I communicated both verbally and in writing that I'd only need to rent my unit until October 25th, then confirmed this with the woman managing the office that day. My card was then charged for October & November. It took forever to finally get someone on the phone, and when they finally agreed to refund me I thought that was the end of it - but no. I was told they would send me the correct bill and I could then use their automated system to pay. The next bill I received was still higher and incorrect than what I was quoted. They also decided to tack on late fees despite the delay being their fault.It took me another business day to get someone on the phone to correct this. My bill was finally corrected, but I found that out for myself because no one reached out. Today I went and paid it via their automatic system. I then made the trip down there to grab some things out of my unit, only to see they'd locked me out of my unit because they made it impossible to pay my bill. The office manager was out of the office for HOURS and people were waiting 2 hours + for assistance. By the time we finally get someone on the phone, we're told no one will be there until tomorrow. No sign on the door, no notice, and a complete waste of everyone's time. Spend your money elsewhere where you won't be overcharged, inconvenienced, and forced to deal with understaffed offices.

Review: I was recommended to this storage company by my father who also uses them. The online process was simple and efficient. Iyana did a wonderful job assisting me and another customer before me. She even stayed a little after hours to make sure I was able to get into the gate and to my space. The units were well maintained and clean with the nice barrel drum locks on the doors. The website should make it more clear what locks they specifically use with visuals cause I thought it was a different type of lock at first. overall I had an excellent move in experience.

Review: After moving in for only 1 1/2 weeks someone closed my unit by mistake. They refunded the money, but after explaining I just moved in, they ask for the money back with a late fee. After explaining again, they took off the late fee and wanted to add an extra $5. After complaining, finally they let me pay back the right amount and than I moved out for real. Example; If you move in on the 15th of the month, you have to pay next month by the 6 or get charged late fee even though you moved in on the 15th.
