Review: 5/31/24 around 1:00 pm they were closed with no note on the door as to why but you could come in & check your mailbox & hear them laughing & talking in the back. If it wasn’t a valid reason they should all be fired as it was Friday & people had business to take care of.

Review: The guy in charge of the passports made a big error( he forgot to send the naturalization with the paperwork 😣 ) but today, the woman that was working, helped me. In less than 5 minutes helped me with sending it, 1 day delivery with tracking number and free of charge. She understood that was not my mistake and quickly fixed it, I wonder if the passports guy would have done the same or maybe he could have made an extra error.Anyway the five stars are for Lori, the girl who helped me, really efficient fast and I could actually talk with her, most of the time you have to deal with untrained people but this time I was really lucky to find her!Again, thank you very much Lori!

Review: The employees are always so nice to me! I’ve never had a problem with them. I recently had my passport done and I was a scatterbrained and forgot to get more money so the gentleman was so polite and friendly andPatient with me, bless him haha. I was able to get it done. I also go here to send all my mail and packages, there is always a wonderful lady who helps me and compliments my letter decorating I send to my friends. I always look forward in seeing her there to help me in any way she can!

Review: We can never get our shipment at our business 300 yards from the post office. They say they stop by our route earlier than our business opens but never come back during business hours. I’ve been up there twice this weekend to get a package and it was out for delivery but never delivered to the shop. No notice that the package was even attempted to be delivered at the shop. I try to not use the post office for anything.
