Review: Our storage unit was robbed. Someone cut our lock off, put their own on, and took our stuff with them and in another storage unit at this facility. They have the footage, but refuse to give the cops any information and have since blocked our number while trying to resolve it. So much was stolen and they are protecting the thief and not helping us at all to get our stuff back. Starting to feel like an inside job, do not store your stuff here.

Review: BEST EXPERIENCE. I was actually sad to move and cancel my storage which sounds crazy to write. There’s a nice guy that runs it who lives close by and walks over all the time to help and make conversation. He’s always watching to prevent any kind of stealing and make sure everyone is following the rules. Very clean everywhere inside the climate control unit I rented. Not even bugs I could see inside. It was a good balance between the old school customer service and being able to manage it online and pay the bill.

Review: So when crap gets stolen. Management will not hand over video or any info on who stole the stuff. Don’t use this company. It’s all over Facebook right now about this issue. Thank God i don’t store anything.

Review: This is a great storage place with good security and cleanliness. I have rented here with the previous owner and though it is now owned by a larger company I found the local manager extremely responsive and helpful through the rental process. He answered all questions and made the process easy even though he isn’t on site. I definitely recommend this place for storage needs.
