Review: This is THE most crooked place to store anything! They raised our monthly fee without notice, then charged an ASTRONOMICAL price for my things! Once we paid, three days later STILL can't get into my unit because their lock is on and they " forgot to remove it! After they went through it that is! Do NOT RECOMMEND!

Review: Mr. Owner, I'm happy to share the video we have of the mice in your facility - should I post here? Your exterminator was not only rude, like your staff, but very dismissive, therefore I asked for a 2nd opinion from another exterminator who was very informative and took the time to answer our questions. Your claim that surrounding units were inspected and found to have no issue is laughable - what did you go in and remove the items from those units & repack it - come on man! Every piece of furniture and every box of ours had to be opened, every item treated and laundered. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE! As someone who provides a service to clients your behavior was unacceptable from the very beginning and you did NOTHING to remedy the situation. You and your staff need to take a course or two in customer service. I will tell everyone I can not to use your storage facilities.

Review: Kody and the rest of the crew here have always been a pleasure to work with. I've used them for 3-4 years and have had two separate rentals with them (a vehicle and a traditional storage unit). They make things easy and use a personal touch when needed. Spoke to her recently and remembered they're also great about communicating during tough times (hurricanes, pandemics, etc.). Recommend!

Review: This place puts up a good front, but in reality they are snakes!!! GREEDY! GREEDY! GREEDY! We have had a storage for 3 years and they took partial payments ,then I go in to make a payment and someone I never Delt with tells me we have 7 days to pay 150.00. They never sent anything telling us they weren't taking partial payment's any more. This allows them to steal your things!
