Review: We have been doing business with Gresham lake since about 2011 and at that time we met Donna which was since day one a very nice lady that know hows to run a successful business. We have rented trucks and storage rooms and never had any issues and the most recent experience has been renting a space for an oversize vehicle, we could not be happier with the way Mr Allen has handled our account.The place is always clean and the security that comes with the place makes me feel at ease leaving my vehicle there.Thank you Mr. Allen and keep up the good work and friendliness, you guys are the best around here!

Review: I have several units at this facility which I use to run a small e-commerce business out of. The facility and staff are truly excellent and a cut above anything else in the area. They allow for receiving deliveries without issue things just get delivered straight to the unit. There are facilities suitable for running a business such as power in or close to some units, good air conditioning and loading docks for in and outbound deliveries. Stephen and Cody at the front office are always super helpful. This facility is a model for what other storage facilities could be. I do think a more forward thinking company like this could take it a step further even and set up one or two building for dedicated shared working spaces with even better facilities - a lot of small businesses are too small for full blown warehouse space but need a good shared co-working space. Huge opportunity! But this is as close as you can get for now 🙂

Review: Highly recommend! The property is always well maintained and the staff are great. It’s a family store and everyone is very friendly and helpful. They do tons of Christmas lights every year - we come by several times in December just to see the lights 🙂

Review: Excellent facility I have used for half a dozen years. Clean, well managed, friendly and always available. Location is good with easy access to major roadways in North Raleigh. Security of the facility is better than most others I have visited or used. I would recommend this group to anyone interested.
