Review: Miss Mary was absolutely amazing and very friendly. I did t have any issues with getting a unit and when there was an issue with my online reservation for a unit she resolved it with ease. I also recently lost my key to my unit and she was very helpful and the process was quick and simple. With their 24/7 access I never have to worry about when I can get into my unit or have the hassle of calling to access my unit even after the office hours. I would recommend their services and her customer service to anyone who is looking for a simple and easy unit rental.

Review: I had an outstanding experience with Mary Smith, the property manager at Storage Rentals of America in Kinston, NC. She went above and beyond to assist me during a particularly stressful time in my life. After facing an unexpected move due to a flea infestation in my rental home, I was in a tough situation when I lost my key and couldn’t meet my scheduled move-out date of 1/1/25. To my relief, Mary showed incredible understanding and compassion by working with me, which alleviated some of the pressure I was feeling as I was also in the process of reinstating my disability. Her kindness and professionalism made a difficult situation much more manageable. I highly recommend Mary Smith for her exceptional service and genuine care for her clients!
