Review: UPDATE 6.24.24: I spoke with someone who answered storage king’s main customer service number, who said they would help me. I forwarded ALL emails to them and still have not had ANY resolution or response. Storage King – King Rd then emailed me a payment reminder this morning, I suppose they ignored my emails and voicemails. This is ridiculous!UPDATE 6.19.24: I responded to Storage King’s response below within an hour of them replying. I have followed up with them on email and phone call at least 5 times and still have not heard back from anyone. Guess it’s not THAT important to them..Original Review 6.13.24: Getting the unit was contactless and easy. However ending tenancy has been impossible and infuriating. It is impossible to reach anyone. We followed procedure when we finally were told how to vacate the unit and give notice. We followed these directions to a T and never recieved a confirmation or call back when we attempted to follow up. The next month we were charged and I left a voicemail. Surprisingly someone returned my call and stated they would refund me and ensure out account is closed out. We are STILL receiving invoices meaning they never followed through. It should never be this hard!
