Review: *** There are cheaper nicer storage options ***IF YOU USE THIS FACILITY MAKE SURE YOU READ YOUR CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING. I was tricked into thinking I was getting the advertised special on the sign, advertised when driving past the location. I am too trusting and didn't read over the contract. I also called to make sure i would getvthe deal going throught he website and was given false information. I start getting reminders to pay and I was umm..what! and they only gave me 1month free and said I wasn't set up for the 2month deal. I spoke with Cierra whom stated she was a manager and said I had no proof so I had to pay for the 2nd month. I was contacted by a Robert who left a message, I returned his call and he never called back. Cierra told me she was going to have a supervisor reach out to me and never did. She claimed she spoke to them and they said the same thing. The only reason I used this facility is because I thought I was getting a better deal. I rented a truck from uhaul directly and they would have given Me a bigger cheaper storage space with a free month.
