Review: I’ve been with prime storage for 2 years and they are very helpful and friendly. The gate access is nice to have 24hrs a day, so you don’t have to worry about being locked out of your space. If the need arises, I will rent from Prime again at 5044 CB Rd.

Review: All was good at Prime! Only the monthly price got a little too high. Doesn’t make any sense to have $2k to $3k in $200 worth of junk after 2 years of storing it. Just carried it to Restore.

Review: Their rate increases do not match the over saturation of available units in ILM. Every stroage has multiple available units yet they insist on price increases. If anything the should offer a rate decrease to keep my business considering I’m a loyal customer and a long term renter who always pays on time. They have little interest in retaining clients. Beware of predatory rate increases.
