Review: Rodent infested. Gate did not work when I tried to get my things over the weekend. 24 hour support isn’t provided. When I finally got my things, they were ruined. I purchased the insurance which I was approved thru a 3rd party, but it was a $500 max payout. This place cost me a lot of money and loss.

Review: If I could give zero stars I would please NOBODY RENT A UNIT HERE!!!!!!! THEY FLOOD AND STAND WATER SOO BAD!!!!! THEY NEVER EVEN WARNED US THAT THE UNITS FLOOD SO WE COULD TAKE PRECAUTION AGAINST DAMAGES!!!!! And for all the reviews about low prices don’t let that fool you it’s not cheap when all your stuff gets ruined!!!!!!!!!!

Review: We had to set up our rentals long distance and Lauren made sure we had what we needed and that putting our household goods in storage was as easy as possible once we arrived. The units are great & work perfectly for our needs. I could not recommend serious storage more, especially for the amazing customer service!

Review: Serious storage came in with an owner that really has her ducks in a row. Customer service has been great, they are prompt with the responses and have been more tyan accommodating to my situation. All storage unots may look and feel the same but when you throw in a team that will leave you fewlimg accomplished rather than just a storage unit number. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED SERIOUS STORAGE for all of your storage needs, they have your standard units outside, they have some inaide a warehouse and some that are air-conditioned for you valuble items that should be kept at a certain temp.I dont normally leave reviews on goofle for companies but after speaking with the owner i had to praise them because they are more than deserving of 5 stars, I would go for 10 starts if given the opportunity. Give serious storage unit a try and rest assures your belongings are kept safe and I guaruntee you will agree with my review once you are all moved in.I do not work here, and I am not paid for thos review.
