Review: Yesterday I purchased a Torch THC vape in the 20$ case. I was recommended by a lady and she was very nice, didnt instruct me to test it before leaving because on the box it says do not drive or operate any machinery. I get home and it does not work. Today I come in at 12:20 on July 24th and I was greeted with the nastiest attitude with another lady on the phone. I explained the situation and her response was " I should have tested it before leaving", cant do a refund, and then proceeded to try to keep my broken vape that I spent 20$ on. The only thing that was offered was a small discount to buy another one and she wanted me to test a thc vape which is illegal. For one, very unprofessional and I am halfway tempted to bring this up to the FDA because this is a major liability and goes against compliance with the FDA to tell someone to hit a thc product and proceed to operate a motor vehicle before leaving the store. On top of that the same lady sold me a expired vape on the 10$ shelf and didnt instruct me to hit it before leaving and I had to throw that one away as well. So 30$ out of my pocket. Very unhappy with this store because I am a weekly customer and never had a problem prior to this with any other employees. Many of my family members purchase from here as well and this business just lost 5 regular customers.
