Review: This location should close. Goldsboro and Kinston are not that far away. Merchandise is not fresh enough for me. Expired goods on the shelves are common. The cause is not enough turnover or sales volume. Hence the recommendation to close the store. Lazy employees keep many customers away. Ones in the checkout area stand around looking at their phones.

Review: It was clean and very well stock. The cashier looked at me when he asked how I was doing. Like he actually wanted to know. Had some decent sales at the time and we all enjoyed browsing the deli. Grabbed a cheese and cracker snack pack and check out was a breeze even at a time when folks are getting off and stopping on their way home! Will definitely be back. They seemed to have a lot of newer things I hadn't seen in our more local food lion!
