Review: Storage facility is nice, open access with code at any hour. I have issue with the fact that they increase prices on units without notifying customers (and no, my bill with an increased price that you have charged my card does NOT count as prior notification). It’s a poor and lazy business practice.In response to your reply, I have contacted your office on no less than five occasions to have my contact information updated. Your office has failed repeatedly to update my information. Again, poor business practices. I received no such notice of price increases.

Review: Great storage facility and even better manager-Dale is amazing & goes above and beyond. I had. 31,000lb move from PA. She worked so hard to make sure I had as many of my units in the same building as possible and was there in her day off the moving company came. Can’t thank her enough! Oh and it’s a clean well maintained facility. 🤗

Review: New owners, same great service. Very helpful and friendly. We have been using this location for over ten years off and on. Never had an issue but that also means that units are harder to get, due to the demand and reputation of this location

Review: Mark and the rest of Cleveland storage were fantastic. My entire experience was a very positive one. I was moving a classic car from NY down to their site and couldn’t be there in person. Mark helped work with me and the transportation company to ensure my car arrived safely. He had a lock for my unit ready to go, was on top of all the paper work and everything was very well organized.The prices were great, they were easy to get in touch with and the service was fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone for any storage needs.

Review: Called this place yesterday and the guy told us they were going to be open 9-1 today but ain’t no one here. Came by twice today and nobody was there but had the open sign on. Very disappointing
