Review: I started renting this space in July 2019 and my experience at this facility has been a roller coaster at times due to some of their changes they have made over time. While I understand changes are necessary to help improve things going forward but sometimes they are not always communicated well. But I will say if a customer has an issue they try their best to resolve your issue without too much conflict and for that I am appreciative.

Review: Overall I’ve had a good experience with American Storage – Greensboro Rd. I have a climate controlled unit and typically every time I got to unit everything is great! There was a dead bird in my unit once and the gate to get to the units was broke one day, but other than that it’s been a good place to store my things.
