Review: Don’t store your belongings here. I was a customer who paid on time for almost 4 years, their roof leaked and it damaged our stuff. They avoided our calls, emails. I finally got ahold of Shelia in the Kings Mountain office and she was completely uncooperative ,defensive and extremely rude. $3,000 paid in storage fees and they pretty much told me don’t call them again it’s not their problem, I signed a contract. No compassion for our damaged belongings. There’s pictures of water damage in my unit
